Globat Hosting Supports Young Entrepreneur
Los Angeles-based hosting provider Globat.com® announced its support of the latest Internet sensation by purchasing 4000 pixels of advertising space on MillionDollarHomepage.com.
From the Globat website...
"Alex Tew, a young British student and entrepreneur, founded MillionDollarHomepage.com in early September with the goal to sell pixels of homepage space to advertisers for a dollar each to fund his university education.
In Alex I saw the purest form of entrepreneurship. He set a high goal but he's had a lot of success very quickly, said Ben R. Neumann, President and CEO of Globat.com. With our Web hosting services, Globat.com continues to support thousands of entrepreneurs, but Alex's achievements appeal to us so greatly that we want to support such an imaginative entrepreneurial effort directly..."
Currently Alex has sold over 156,000 pixels on his website landing him a handy $156,000! HostingDiary.com wishes Alex continued success for his clever idea.
Globat are currently promoting their new Terabyte Hosting Packages which include a minimum of 3.5 TB's of annual bandwith and 12 months free hosting.

Hello
I've built this:
www.newmilliondollarhomepage.com
It is incredible how I get hits doing nothing, actually. 500 unique in 4 days.
However not much selling activity yet.
I have a contest for $1m, anybody selling as original site is invited.

Check out http://www.PixelAds4All.com - they offer a FREE 100 by 100 pixel "tool tip image" with the purchase of your ad, which acts like a billboard for your site! They are also currently offering their pixels for 50% off, or $50 USD for a 100 pixel block.

This one gives movie credit!

Here's a new one of a Yank in Japan who is doing the same thing but with a twist: he's offering movie credit on his film, and I think a percentage of the profits. Not sure how many pixels you need to buy to get those. But might be worth checking out.
